Mens Artistic Gymnastics (MA)

This is competitive gymnastics for boys and young men involving work on Floor, Vault, High Bar, Rings, Parallel Bars, Pommels and physical preparation. Competitions are available for all levels from beginners to elite. Many of the competitions are based on the National Development Plan (NDP). Boys who enter competitive gymnastics are involved in a long term process as there are many skills to learn and master on the different apparatus. Boys perform floor routines without music.
