To affiliate a club to the East Midlands Gymnastics Association fill in one of the forms below:
The electronic version can be downloaded and filled in electronically and the manual one can be filled in by hand. Once these have been completed please send with the payment to the contact on the form.
The affiliation letter explains the benefits of affiliating to the region.
The County form should be filled in by the County Secretary and returned with payment to the contact on the form.
